At Organic Sutra, we take pride in the quality and care behind each of our products. Due to the nature of our consumable goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@organicsutra.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily review and either resend the item or offer a refund where appropriate.
