We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on location but typically range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather, or postal issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at info@organicsutra.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
Due to the nature of our edible products, we cannot accept returns. If you’re unhappy with your order, reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
